Can AllQuote track cumulative claims rather than only deposit invoices?
AllQuote has contract claim schedules with claimed-to-date, this-claim and remaining values, retention and a linked invoice workflow. Cumulative claims are separate from the simpler progress-payment milestones on a quote.

- Platform and access
- Business owner access in the web accounting workflow. A claim record is not proof of payment.
How the workflow fits together
Set the schedule
Confirm the customer, job, contract value and applicable retention arrangement.
Review the period
Check cumulative work claimed against earlier claims and the remaining contract value.
Inspect the invoice
Review this claim, retention and tax before issuing its linked invoice; reconcile payment separately.

A worked example
Illustrative reconciliation: 30,000 claimed to date minus 20,000 previously claimed leaves 10,000 for the current claim before retention, tax or other adjustments. Use the currency and contract terms that apply to your business.
Requirements and limits
Contract certification, an issued invoice and a received payment are different events. Software records do not determine legal entitlement or satisfy every jurisdiction’s payment-notice requirements.
Plan access does not replace user permissions. Check local availability, enabled features and connected services for your business in Canada.
What to check in a demonstration
Demonstrate two claim periods on the same sample contract. Reconcile both invoices, cumulative totals, retained amounts and the remaining balance.
