Offer terms
Once per account, across all its businesses. Available to accounts taking their first Team or Business subscription, including upgrades from Free, Starter or Crew. Existing or previous Team, Business and Enterprise subscribers cannot redeem, including downgrades. Cancellation and rejoining do not reset eligibility. Monthly CAD Core plans only. Applicable sales tax is additional. Any tax charged is shown before payment. Starter, Crew, Takeoff, custom Enterprise agreements, annual plans, add-ons and usage are excluded. Cannot be combined with another discount. After 6 months, the standard monthly price applies automatically unless you cancel. For upgrades, Stripe shows any prorated charge or credit before you confirm.

How it works
Tap I'm on my way
Open the job in the AllQuote app and tap I'm on my way. Choose how the customer hears about it, and use Get directions to open your maps app. Nothing is sent until you choose.
Send the link your way
Copy the link into a text from your own phone, or send it by email from AllQuote. AllQuote SMS is currently available only for Australian businesses sending to Australian numbers.
The customer follows along
The link opens in any phone browser with no app or account. It shows your business name, your live position, the job address and an estimated arrival time, refreshed every 15 seconds.
Arrival ends the sharing
When you arrive on site or start the job, the page changes to say you have arrived and live location stops. A completed job reads Job complete, and the link closes 12 hours after you set off.

Privacy and control

- Tracking links use long random addresses and expire 12 hours after you set off.
Questions about on my way tracking
Does my customer need to download an app?
No. The tracking link opens in the phone's web browser. There is no account, login or download for the customer.
How accurate is the arrival time?
It is an estimate from your current position to the job address, refreshed every 15 seconds while you travel. Traffic, parking and stops can change the actual arrival time, so treat it as a guide rather than a promise.
Can the customer see where I am after the job?
No. Live position stops when you arrive or start the job, when the job is completed or cancelled, and when the 12-hour link window closes.
Can I send it from my own mobile number?
Yes. Copy the link and paste it into a text from your own phone, or email it from AllQuote. AllQuote SMS is currently available only for Australian businesses sending to Australian numbers.

Included on the Starter plan and above. The customer's address needs a map location for the arrival estimate.
