Stores job and customer documents - photos, plans, receipts, PDFs, office files, audio and video notes - in one searchable vault. Paid plans include 100 GB; extra 100 GB blocks are available.

Before you start

Availability: Starter plan and above. Enabled business features, role permissions, connected providers and supported devices may add requirements.

Choose the correct job, customer or category and confirm that the file is appropriate for the intended audience. Review storage usage for the business.

Using this guide in United Kingdom

  • Set your business country in Business settings before entering customer addresses or preparing documents. The country selected on the public website does not change an existing business.
  • Check the business currency (GBP), time zone and document tax settings. Only enable tax collection if your business is registered and the settings match your requirements. Your customer invoice tax settings are separate from tax on your AllQuote subscription.
  • Screenshots use demonstration records. Their sample currency, addresses and tax amounts do not override your business settings.
  • The included plan allowances remain available. Additional Office-user, storage-block and credit-pack purchases are not yet configured in local currency; Australian add-on examples are not an offer to charge your account in AUD.

Step by step

  1. Open the vault at /documents.
  2. Upload or find documents by job, customer or category.
  3. Open a document for its preview and linked records.
  4. Watch storage usage; additional 100 GB blocks can be added on paid plans.

Worked example

Upload a job's plan and supporting photos, then retrieve them by the linked job or customer and inspect the preview.

Limits and troubleshooting

The Free plan has no vault. Paid plans include 100 GB, with additional storage blocks available; file storage does not itself validate document revision, ownership or construction suitability.
