Sales reports

Reports win rate, pipeline value, time to win, which lead sources win work and why work is lost, ex GST.

Check how much work you win, how long it takes, which lead sources pay off and why work is lost.

Before you start

Availability: Team plan and above. Enabled business features, role permissions, connected providers and supported devices may add requirements.

Documented roles: Owner, Office. A role name alone does not override the permissions set by your business.

Where to find it: BI & Reporting > Sales reports.

Record lead sources and lost reasons on your cards. For cost per won job, set a monthly cost on each paid lead source in Sales settings.

Using this guide in Canada

  • Choose your business country when creating a new account. For an existing business, check the country in Business settings before entering addresses or preparing documents. Some country changes are unavailable for existing businesses, even when new accounts can sign up in that country. Changing the public website region does not change your business settings.
  • Check the business currency (CAD), time zone and document tax settings. Only enable tax collection if your business is registered and the settings match your requirements. Your customer invoice tax settings are separate from tax on your AllQuote subscription.
  • Screenshots use demonstration records. Their sample currency, addresses and tax amounts do not override your business settings.

Step by step

  1. Open Jobs, choose Sales, then Sales reports.
  2. Pick a period. Win rate counts cards won or lost in that period.
  3. Set a monthly cost on a lead source in Sales settings to see cost per won job and return.
  4. Amounts show only to people who may see sell prices; cost needs business performance access.

Worked example

Pick 90 days. Win rate shows cards won against cards won or lost in that time. The Google row shows its enquiries, wins and won value, and with a monthly cost set, cost per won job.

This is an illustrative scenario. Use your own approved scope, quantities, rates and business rules.

Check the result

Compare the counts with the Sales board for the same period. Export either table to CSV to check the rows.

Limits and troubleshooting

Alternatives retired because another option was accepted are not counted as lost. Values need permission to see sell prices; cost needs business performance access. Cost is only shown for a bounded period.
