You can delete your AllQuote account and its data at any time — no app required. Start it right here.

How deletion works: your account is deactivated as soon as you confirm — nobody can sign in and nothing is sent from it — and it is permanently deleted 90 days later. To undo it within those 90 days, email [email protected] and we will restore it.

What gets deleted

Your login and profile.
If you're the business owner: your whole business — all quotes, estimates, invoices, jobs, clients, receipts, documents, price book and team logins.
Access tokens for any connected apps (e.g. Zapier) and accounting connections (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks), so they immediately lose access to your data.

What we keep

We may retain limited records we're legally required to keep (for example, transaction or tax records), plus de-identified data that can't be linked back to you. Everything else is permanently removed when the 90 days end, and cannot be recovered after that.

Delete your account

We'll send a secure link (valid 1 hour) to that address. Your account is only deactivated after you click it and confirm — so only you, with access to your inbox, can do this.
